- 200 grams ground chicken
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 grams canned diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
Instructions

Dice the red and green bell peppers and onion. Mince the garlic.
