- 2 carrot
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 egg
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

Cook the white rice according to the package instructions and set aside.

Dice the carrot and onion, and mince the garlic cloves.
