- 150 g fresh spinach
- 1 egg
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dill
- 50 g cucumber

Wash and chop the spinach finely.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped spinach, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
