- 400 grams chicken breast
- 2 cups white rice
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 green onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
Instructions

Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.

Dice the chicken breast into small pieces.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes until fully cooked, seasoning with salt and pepper. Remove from pan and set aside.
