  • 1 red onion
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
