  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
