- 1 onion
- 2 carrot
- 2 celery stalk
- 3 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp paprika

- black pepper — to taste
