- 1 onion
- 4 clove garlic
- 2 carrot
- 2 celery stalk
- 1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
- 4 cup vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
