  • 2 15 oz can canned butter beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tomato
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro

    Slice the bell peppers in half and remove seeds and membranes.
