Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 4 ribeye steak
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • 2 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 apple
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Season ribeye steaks generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

Heat a skillet over high heat and add olive oil.

  3. 3

Once the oil is hot, add the steaks and sear for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Adjust time for desired doneness.

  4. 4

Remove steaks from the skillet and let them rest.

  5. 5

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add butter, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and thyme. Stir until the butter melts and the herbs are fragrant.

  6. 6

Slice apples into wedges and add them to the skillet with honey. Cook for 2-3 minutes until apples are tender and glazed with honey.

  7. 7

To serve, place steaks on plates, top with herb butter, and serve honey-glazed apples on the side.
