- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 clove garlic
- 2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4 green onions
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon water
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

Clean and devein the shrimp, pat dry with paper towels, and set aside.
