- 3 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- black pepper — to taste
- 2 carrot
- 2 celery stalk
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 cucumber

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Peel the garlic cloves and place them on a piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, wrap tightly, and roast in the oven for 15 minutes until soft.
