  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 green onion
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

    Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into bite-sized cubes.

    Chop the red and green bell peppers into strips and slice the onion.

    Mince the garlic cloves and grate the ginger.
