Ingredients

- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups frozen edamame
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 2 stalks green onion
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

Rinse the quinoa under cold water.

In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil, add quinoa, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
