Ingredients

- 2 cups chickpeas
- 4 cups spinach
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 1 lemon

Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Set aside.

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Core and slice the bell pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
